Ingredients

- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro or 3 tablespoons coriander, minced

- 1 mix the yogurt with all ingredients. it's best to taste a little and see if it needs more salt.
