Stuffed Smoked Lamb Chops

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 half-inch-thick bone-in smoked lamb chops
  • 1 cup grated gruyere
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 cut through middle of lamb to make a pocket.
  • 2 mix cheese & mustard and spoon into pockets.
  • 3 press chop down to flatten and sprinkle with pepper.
  • 4 add oil to skilled and cook over med-high heat until browned (3-4 min./side).
  • 5 remove from heat, cover & let stand 5 minutes.
