Thai Turkey Burger-weight Watchers 5 Points

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (not plain ground turkey breast)
  • 4 medium scallions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients, shape into burgers and grill!
  • 2 freeze nicely for a quick meal.
