Ingredients

- 1 1/3 lbs ground turkey breast
- 2 pinches ground ginger or 2 pinches grated gingerroot or 1 inch peeled grated gingerroot
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- salt
Recipe
- 1 heat nonstick skillet or griddle pan over medium-high heat.
- 2 combine turkey, ginger, soy sauce, curry powder, salt, and scallions.
- 3 form 4 patties and cook on skillet, 4 minutes on each side.
