Thai Turkey Burgers (rachael Ray)

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/3 lbs ground turkey breast
  • 2 pinches ground ginger or 2 pinches grated gingerroot or 1 inch peeled grated gingerroot
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat nonstick skillet or griddle pan over medium-high heat.
  • 2 combine turkey, ginger, soy sauce, curry powder, salt, and scallions.
  • 3 form 4 patties and cook on skillet, 4 minutes on each side.
