Trash Can Turkey

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey
  • your favorite seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 start 20 pounds of charcoal on fire.
  • 2 line ground with foil to extend 10" beyond the diameter of the trash can.
  • 3 place the turkey on the stake so it is hanging 2" off the ground (legs pointing down).
