Sweet 'n' Tangy Lamb Chops

- 4 lamb loin chops
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper. in a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown chops for 3 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine the beer or broth, ketchup and brown sugar. pour over lamb; bring to a boil. reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 155 degrees f. remove chops and keep warm. simmer sauce until reduced. serve lamb chops with sauce spooned over the top.
