- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons gekkeikan plum wine
- 4 tablespoons gekkeikan sake
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 soak the bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes. skewing the chicken breast meat and place sauce to marinade for 30 minutes. grill on each side for 3 minutes per side.
