Ingredients

- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb round steak, cut in strips
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups cooked rice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 fry onion and steak in butter until steak is just browned.
- 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 3 add carrots and rice.
- 4 mix until heated through.
- 5 you may add soy sauce to taste (optional).
