Super Easy Mini Meatball Sandwiches (crock Pot)

Total Time: 8 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 frozen meatballs (1/2 oz each)
  • 12 dinner rolls (from the bakery section)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese, cut into four wedges each

Recipe

  • 1 mix crushed tomatoes, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, parsley and paprika in a large bowl.
  • 2 put meatballs in crock pot and pour sauce over them.
  • 3 cover crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • 4 when you are ready to make the sandwiches, cut each dinner roll in half. place a wedge of the cheese on the top and the bottom of each roll. spoon a meatball with the sauce onto the bottom roll and replace the top.
  • 5 serve right away with lots of napkins!
