Vikki's Cheeseburger Pockets

Ingredients
- 2 (11 ounce) cans biscuits
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
- 2 cups velveeta cheese, shreds
Recipe
- 1 separate biscuits and roll out slightly and wet edges with water.
- 2 brown ground beef and drain.
- 3 add onions and chili sauce ans seasoning.
- 4 add spoonfuls of beef mixture on top of biscuit.
- 5 add cheese.
- 6 press another biscuit over top and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- 7 bake on 400 for 15 minutes.
