Teriyaki Ginger Turkey Burgers

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb 98% fat free lean ground turkey
  • 8 tablespoons ginger paste
  • 8 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups brown rice

Recipe

  • 1 warm up covered skillet on medium heat.
  • 2 form turkey into 4 burgers.
  • 3 put 1 tbls of ginger on each burger and place ginger side down in pan. put 1 tbls of teriyaki and 1 tbls of ginger on top cover for 8 - 10 mins, cooking half way through.
  • 4 flip and place one more tbls of teriyaki on top.
  • 5 cook thoroughly and serve over rice.
