Teriyaki Ginger Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb 98% fat free lean ground turkey
- 8 tablespoons ginger paste
- 8 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups brown rice
Recipe
- 1 warm up covered skillet on medium heat.
- 2 form turkey into 4 burgers.
- 3 put 1 tbls of ginger on each burger and place ginger side down in pan. put 1 tbls of teriyaki and 1 tbls of ginger on top cover for 8 - 10 mins, cooking half way through.
- 4 flip and place one more tbls of teriyaki on top.
- 5 cook thoroughly and serve over rice.
