Ingredients

- 2 lbs lamb shoulder or 2 lbs tenderloin
- 1 (28 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a slow cooker add enchilada sauce through salt and pepper. add meat and coat with sauce.
- 2 cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- 3 shred meat.
