Super Easy Slow Cooker Chile Verde

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs lamb shoulder or 2 lbs tenderloin
  • 1 (28 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a slow cooker add enchilada sauce through salt and pepper. add meat and coat with sauce.
  • 2 cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  • 3 shred meat.
