Ingredients

- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 ounces petite diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
- shredded cheese
- low-fat sour cream
- olive
- tortilla (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large frying pan brown ground turkey & onion.
- 2 add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer (uncovered) for about 10 - 15 minutes until thickened.
- 3 serve with shredded cheese, low-fat sour cream, and olives. your family can enjoy the mixture in a tortilla, if desired.
