Turkey Porcupine Meatballs

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup minute rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce (large can)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce (small can)
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 in a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, garlic powder, pepper and salts.
  • 3 form into golf ball size meatballs and place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • 4 in a bowl, mix the tomatoes sauce, worchesterchire and 1 cup water.
  • 5 pour over the meatballs. cover and bake for 1 hour.
