Turkey Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup minute rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce (large can)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce (small can)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 in a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, garlic powder, pepper and salts.
- 3 form into golf ball size meatballs and place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- 4 in a bowl, mix the tomatoes sauce, worchesterchire and 1 cup water.
- 5 pour over the meatballs. cover and bake for 1 hour.
