Sweet & Sour Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 lamb chops (bone in)
- 2 -3 apples
- 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1 cup light brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 squueze out as much juice as possible from sauerkraut. slice apples (with peel) into 1/4 inch slices.
- 3 place 6 aluminum foil squares on the counter and place a lamb chop in each one. top with sauerkraut, brown sugar, and finally the apples. seal foil squares completely.
- 4 place packets in a 9x13 pan and add just a little water to the bottom of pan.
- 5 bake for at least an hour but the longer the better and more tender. enjoy!
