Sweet & Sour Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 lamb chops (bone in)
  • 2 -3 apples
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut
  • 1 cup light brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 squueze out as much juice as possible from sauerkraut. slice apples (with peel) into 1/4 inch slices.
  • 3 place 6 aluminum foil squares on the counter and place a lamb chop in each one. top with sauerkraut, brown sugar, and finally the apples. seal foil squares completely.
  • 4 place packets in a 9x13 pan and add just a little water to the bottom of pan.
  • 5 bake for at least an hour but the longer the better and more tender. enjoy!
