- 2 lbs boneless lamb ribs or 2 lbs boneless beef ribs
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 parboil ribs for 3 minutes.
- 3 mix remaining ingredients together.
- 4 place ribs in casserole dish.
- 5 cover with sauce.
- 6 bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
- 7 serve.
