Sweet & Sour Ribs

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 lbs boneless lamb ribs or 2 lbs boneless beef ribs
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 parboil ribs for 3 minutes.
  • 3 mix remaining ingredients together.
  • 4 place ribs in casserole dish.
  • 5 cover with sauce.
  • 6 bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
  • 7 serve.
