Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. allow meat to marinate for up to 24 hours in refrigerator.
