Sweet And Sour Lamb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless lamb
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 (14 ounce) can baby corn
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon chinese five spice powder
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 bunch green onion

Recipe

  • 1 have the butcher cut up the meat into 1 inch cubes or cut it up yourself. fry the lamb in 1 tablespoon of oil over med to high heat until nicely browned, about 15 minutes. dice up the celery, onion,& green pepper into nice sized pieces.
  • 2 add in chopped celery, onion the mushrooms and fry for another 5 - 10 minutes or until soft. add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for 15 minutes stirring often. cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes or until you can't take the awesome smell anymore -- serve with rice and enjoy.
