Sweet And Sour Lamb

Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless lamb
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 (14 ounce) can baby corn
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon chinese five spice powder
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 bunch green onion
Recipe
- 1 have the butcher cut up the meat into 1 inch cubes or cut it up yourself. fry the lamb in 1 tablespoon of oil over med to high heat until nicely browned, about 15 minutes. dice up the celery, onion,& green pepper into nice sized pieces.
- 2 add in chopped celery, onion the mushrooms and fry for another 5 - 10 minutes or until soft. add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for 15 minutes stirring often. cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes or until you can't take the awesome smell anymore -- serve with rice and enjoy.
