Sweet And Sour Lamb

Ingredients
- 16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 green pepper strip
- 1 red pepper, strips
- 1 onion, chunks
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb lamb, cubes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup karo syrup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
Recipe
- 1 drain pineapple, reseserve juice.
- 2 heat oil in large skillet.
- 3 saute' peppers and oinions for 3 minutes or until tender crisp.
- 4 remove to bowl- keep warm.
- 5 saute' lamb until done.
- 6 add garlic saute 1 minute.
- 7 in bowl mix pineapple juice, karo, vinegar, ketchup and corn starch,until smooth.
- 8 return vegetables and pineaple to skillet with cooked lamb.
- 9 add liquid to skillet.
- 10 stir constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.
- 11 cook 1 minute or until thickened.
- 12 serve over rice.
