• 1 1/2 cups sweet and sour sauce
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe

• 1 make meatballs using lean ground beef, egg, and breadcrumbs.
• 2 roll meat mixture into balls.
• 3 cook meatballs on medium high heat until no longer pink in the middle.
• 4 pour sauce into bowl and swirl around meatballs in sauce.
