Turkey Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup fat-free swiss cheese
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups lite evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup bisquick reduced-fat baking mix

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 in medium bowl, combine first six ingredients.
  • 3 mix well to completely combine.
  • 4 in 9" nonstick pie pan, place meat mixture and spread evenly across the bottom of pan; set aside.
  • 5 in large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  • 6 mix with electric mixer for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  • 7 dough should be slightly moist but somewhat stiff.
  • 8 spoon dough evenly over turkey mixture.
  • 9 bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  • 10 cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
  • 11 serve immediately.
