Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen asian vegetables
- 6 lamb chops
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup frozen pea pods
Recipe
- 1 place partially thawed asian vegetables in slow cooker, and arrange lamb chops on top.
- 2 combine sauce and water, and pour over chops.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- 4 turn to high and add pea pods.
- 5 cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.
