Sweet And Sour Lamb Chops

Total Time: 7 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen asian vegetables
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen pea pods

Recipe

  • 1 place partially thawed asian vegetables in slow cooker, and arrange lamb chops on top.
  • 2 combine sauce and water, and pour over chops.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  • 4 turn to high and add pea pods.
  • 5 cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.
