Ingredients

- 3 -4 lbs boneless ribs
- 1 large onion, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 in a fry pan brown the ribs in a little oil.
- 3 add the onions to the pan to lightly brown as well.
- 4 in a bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- 5 drain the ribs and place in a baking pan or dish.
- 6 pour the liquids on top of ribs and cover with foil.
- 7 bake for 1-1.5 hours until done.
