Swedish Cutlets (or Lamb Chops)

Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons oil
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion, finely minced
- 6 slices roquefort cheese (generous slices)
Recipe
- 1 rub a little gqrlic salt into the meat. season with salt and pepper. saute the chops in the oil until well-browned. remove to a hot platter, and pour on the juice from the pan.
- 2 on each chop, put a heaping teaspoonfull of the onion. over that, put on the cheese (don't experiment with other cheeses).
- 3 put in a hot (400 degree) oven for about 10 minutes. the cheese will melt; the cheese and onion will produce a very tasty sauce.
