Tangy Lamb

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 lb lamb, cooked and cubed,leftover roast is good

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • 2 add remaining sauce ingredients.
  • 3 mix together and bring to a boil, stirring often.
  • 4 add lamb and simmer until most of the sauce is absorbed and the meat is falling apart.
