Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika, adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, adjust to taste
- 1/2 lb lamb, cooked and cubed,leftover roast is good
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 add remaining sauce ingredients.
- 3 mix together and bring to a boil, stirring often.
- 4 add lamb and simmer until most of the sauce is absorbed and the meat is falling apart.
