Sweet And Savory Ham Steak

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 ham steak
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 1/3 apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
• 1/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
• salt

Recipe

• 1 combimed ingredients in small sauce pan. simmer for 15-20 mintues.
• 2 preheat oven to 350.
• 3 cut ham steak into 4th or 6th and place in baking dish. cover with foil.
• 4 bake for 25-35 mintue or untill bubbly.
