Sweet And Sour .... Anything!

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops (or ribs, chicken to serve 4)
  • 3 -4 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (gf or regular)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 fry chops, ribs or chicken, then place in casserole dish.
  • 2 top with veggies (chopped into big chunks).
  • 3 add soy sauce and 1 cup water to pan.
  • 4 in a small pot - boil vinegar, water and sugar for 10 minutes then add to soy sauce/water in pan.
  • 5 combine cornstarch and water - add to liquid in frying pan and heat to thicken.
  • 6 pour sauce over lamb/veggies.
  • 7 cover and bake 350°f for 1 hour.
  • 8 serve over rice.
