Sweet And Sour .... Anything!

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops (or ribs, chicken to serve 4)
- 3 -4 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (gf or regular)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 fry chops, ribs or chicken, then place in casserole dish.
- 2 top with veggies (chopped into big chunks).
- 3 add soy sauce and 1 cup water to pan.
- 4 in a small pot - boil vinegar, water and sugar for 10 minutes then add to soy sauce/water in pan.
- 5 combine cornstarch and water - add to liquid in frying pan and heat to thicken.
- 6 pour sauce over lamb/veggies.
- 7 cover and bake 350°f for 1 hour.
- 8 serve over rice.
