Teriyaki Lamb Roast

Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 -4 lbs lamb roast (can be loin,leg, or shoulder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried mustard
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 make sure roast is thawed completely.
  • 2 combine all ingredients except roast and stir with a fork.
  • 3 add roast and soak in refrigerator overnight.
  • 4 place roast in crock pot, add marinade and an additional 1 1/4 cups water.
  • 5 cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • 6 slice and enjoy, spooning sauce over slices. goes great with asian noodles and vegetables.
