Teriyaki Lamb Roast

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 3 -4 lbs lamb roast (can be loin,leg, or shoulder)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried mustard
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 make sure roast is thawed completely.
- 2 combine all ingredients except roast and stir with a fork.
- 3 add roast and soak in refrigerator overnight.
- 4 place roast in crock pot, add marinade and an additional 1 1/4 cups water.
- 5 cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- 6 slice and enjoy, spooning sauce over slices. goes great with asian noodles and vegetables.
