Yankee Pot Roast

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans french onion soup
  • 6 potatoes, peeled, quartered

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat on all sides in iron skillet or dutch oven.
  • 2 add soup. cover and cook on low heat on stove for 3 to 4 hours or until roast is fork-tender.
