Yummy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 32 ounces frozen vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
Recipe
- 1 cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces.
- 2 heat the oil, ginger and garlic over medium to medium high heat.
- 3 brown the chicken.
- 4 add veggies, and cook until veggies are crisp-tender.
- 5 stir in soy sauce and pepper.
- 6 serve over side of rice.
