Yummy Chicken Stir Fry

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 32 ounces frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice

Recipe

  • 1 cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces.
  • 2 heat the oil, ginger and garlic over medium to medium high heat.
  • 3 brown the chicken.
  • 4 add veggies, and cook until veggies are crisp-tender.
  • 5 stir in soy sauce and pepper.
  • 6 serve over side of rice.
