Yummy Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, do not drain
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb cooked spaghetti
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onion together and drain off fat.
- 2 add tomato sauce, undrained beans, undrained tomatoes, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4 serve over hot spaghetti.
- 5 sprinkle cheddar cheese and sour cream on top.
- 6 enjoy.
