Yummy Cincinnati Chili

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, do not drain
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb cooked spaghetti
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat and onion together and drain off fat.
  • 2 add tomato sauce, undrained beans, undrained tomatoes, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 4 serve over hot spaghetti.
  • 5 sprinkle cheddar cheese and sour cream on top.
  • 6 enjoy.
