Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons milk (i use soymilk)
- chopped parsley (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place chicken breasts in 8x8 dish. half and pound them if they are large.
- 2 in blender, mix mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, honey, and milk.
- 3 pour sauce over chicken.
- 4 cover and bake @ 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 160.
- 5 garnish with parsley, if desired.
