Chicken

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk (i use soymilk)
  • chopped parsley (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken breasts in 8x8 dish. half and pound them if they are large.
  • 2 in blender, mix mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, honey, and milk.
  • 3 pour sauce over chicken.
  • 4 cover and bake @ 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 160.
  • 5 garnish with parsley, if desired.
