Yummy Classic Chicken Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds (can toast if you want, but not totally necessary)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 cups cooked chicken breasts, in chunks
  • 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients listed above, it's best if you add the chicken last.
  • 2 let chill in freezer.
  • 3 suggestion: serve in a pita pocket.
