Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds (can toast if you want, but not totally necessary)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 cups cooked chicken breasts, in chunks
- 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients listed above, it's best if you add the chicken last.
- 2 let chill in freezer.
- 3 suggestion: serve in a pita pocket.
