Tangy Bbq Lamb Roast (crock Pot)

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 -4 lbs boneless lamb roast
- hamburger bun
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except roast and buns in the slow cooker.
- 2 when well mixed, add roast.
- 3 cover, cook on high for 6-7 hours.
- 4 remove roast.
- 5 shred the meat and return it to the sauce.
- 6 mix again and then i drain the excess liquid so the meat mixture is not too runny.
- 7 serve on buns.
