Spicy Apple Glazed Lamb Loin

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs double boneless lamb loin roast
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 cup apple cider or 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider or 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 dry lamb well.
