Spicy Apple Glazed Lamb Loin

Ingredients

- 3 lbs double boneless lamb loin roast
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 cup apple cider or 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons apple cider or 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes

- 1 dry lamb well.
