Swiss Seafood Canapes

Ingredients
- 180 g shrimp, small
- 180 g crabmeat
- 125 g swiss cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 dash salt
- 1 loaf rye bread
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread.
- 2 place bread on ungreased baking sheets. broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 3 turn slices; and slice into quarters spread each with 1 rounded tablespoonful of seafood mixture. broil 4-5 minutes longer or until heated through.
