Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh gingerroot
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 put all ingredients into blender. process until well blended. pour over meat and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
