Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh gingerroot
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into blender. process until well blended. pour over meat and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
