Tangy Grilled Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large zip top bag. press out excess air, seal, and refrigerate 1 to 24 hours.
  • 2 set up grill for indirect heat.
  • 3 discard marinade. grill lamb 15-25 minutes, to desired doneness.
