- 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large zip top bag. press out excess air, seal, and refrigerate 1 to 24 hours.
- 2 set up grill for indirect heat.
- 3 discard marinade. grill lamb 15-25 minutes, to desired doneness.
