Yummy Basil Burgers

Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb turkey
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons organic dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • mozzarella cheese (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the outdoor grill for high heat.
  • 2 in a bowl, mix the ground beef/turkey, worcestershire sauce, basil, garlic salt, and pepper. form the mixture into 4 burger patties. lightly oil the grill grate and cook burgers about 6 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 160°f or to desired doneness.
  • 3 if desired, top with mozzarella cheese. serve on hamburger buns.
