Sweet Curry Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup butter (half is for the first cooking part, half for the glaze)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder

Recipe

  • 1 cut the chicken into strips or chunks ( i did 1 inch strips then cut them in half).
  • 2 mix flour, salt, and cayenne in a big ziploc bag, add chicken and toss until fully coated.
  • 3 melt half of the butter and spread it in a 13 by 9 casserole dish.
  • 4 add chicken and coat with the butter as much as you can.
  • 5 cook, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 6 while it cooks, mix the brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, curry, and remaining butter with a whisk.
  • 7 after it cooks for 20 minutes, take it out and pour the sauce over the chicken.
  • 8 cook an additional 30 minutes (uncovered).
  • 9 enjoy!
