Ww Chicken Pepper Steak With Hash Browns

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine lime zest, juice, and garlic in a ziploc bag.
  • 2 turn to coat chicken.
  • 3 let out excess air, close bag, and let stand 10 minutes.
  • 4 meanwhile, heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium high.
  • 5 add the frozen potatoes and salt.

  • 10 spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium.
  • 11 add the chicken and cook until lightly browned and just cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  • 12 serve with hash browns.
