Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons seasoned pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine lime zest, juice, and garlic in a ziploc bag.
- 2 turn to coat chicken.
