Ww Ham Steak With Pineapple Sauce 4-points

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb 33% reduced-sodium ham (1 slice, about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 trim fat from ham.
  • 2 lightly score ham slice in a diamond pattern using a sharp knife.
  • 3 place in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
