Tangy Leftover Lamb Hoagies

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix (original)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 small onion, slices thin
- 2 medium mushrooms, sliced thin
- 3/4 lb leftover lamb, slices chopped
- 3 hoagie rolls (club rolls)
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine in a large sauce pan over medium heat.
- 2 add onions & mushrooms.
- 3 sauté till onion is golden.
- 4 add worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, paprika, mrs dash, cayenne.
- 5 stir to blend.
- 6 bring to a boil.
- 7 stir often.
- 8 add lamb allow to simmer until lamb is heated through.
- 9 divide lamb & sauce on to 3 hoagies.
- 10 serve.
