- 1 1/2-2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 -2 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons milk
- juice of half a lemon
Recipe
- 1 half and pound chicken breasts, if desired.
- 2 in blender mix mayo, salt, pepper, honey, vinegar, and milk.
- 3 pour sauce over chicken in an 8x8 dish.
- 4 cover.
- 5 bake at 350 for 35 minute.
- 6 garnish with parsley.
