Sweet And Spicy Apple-mustard Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 boneless lamb chops, trimmed of fat
  • 1 cup apple butter
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 in a large nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, cook lamb chops over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
  • 2 combine apple butter, mustard, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • 3 spoon over lamb chops.
  • 4 reduce heat, cover, and cook until meat is just slightly pink in the middle, about 10 minutes.
