Sweet And Spicy Apple-mustard Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 6 boneless lamb chops, trimmed of fat
- 1 cup apple butter
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 in a large nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, cook lamb chops over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
- 2 combine apple butter, mustard, cumin, salt and pepper.
- 3 spoon over lamb chops.
- 4 reduce heat, cover, and cook until meat is just slightly pink in the middle, about 10 minutes.
- 5 remove chops and keep warm.
- 6 leave sauce in skillet.
- 7 add apples, onions and vinegar to skillet.
