Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (1 lb) lamb tenderloin
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
Recipe
- 1 in a plastic shallow pan (with a lid) combine brown sugar, sugar, water, soy sauce& ketchup.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 sprinkle tenderloin with garlic powder& onion powder.
- 4 cut tenderloin in half.
- 5 place in pan.
- 6 coat meat with sauce.
- 7 cover& refrigerate over night, mixing frequently.
- 8 pre-heat grill.
- 9 place meat on grill, basting& turning ocasionally,.
- 10 cook 30-40 minutes or until meat thermometer is 160 degrees.
- 11 remove from grill.
- 12 let rest 5 minutes.
- 13 slice thin.
