Teriyaki Tenderloin

Total Time: 24 hrs 40 mins Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (1 lb) lamb tenderloin
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 in a plastic shallow pan (with a lid) combine brown sugar, sugar, water, soy sauce& ketchup.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 sprinkle tenderloin with garlic powder& onion powder.
  • 4 cut tenderloin in half.
  • 5 place in pan.
  • 6 coat meat with sauce.
  • 7 cover& refrigerate over night, mixing frequently.
  • 8 pre-heat grill.
  • 9 place meat on grill, basting& turning ocasionally,.
  • 10 cook 30-40 minutes or until meat thermometer is 160 degrees.
  • 11 remove from grill.
  • 12 let rest 5 minutes.
  • 13 slice thin.
