Spicy Beer Lamb Ribs

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 bottles dark beer
- 2 -4 tablespoons hot sauce
- 6 tablespoons sweet mixed pickle juice (really)
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 cup soy sauce, i used mushroom soy sauce
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 lamb rib racks, silver membrane removed
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 pour over ribs, flip to coat.
- 3 marinate at room temp for 2-3 hours.
- 4 cook on the grill over medium high heat for 15 minutes per side.
