Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 4 cups oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 3 cups water
Recipe
- 1 mix flour with salt and pepper.
- 2 dip each lamb chop in water.
- 3 dredge with flour until covered.
- 4 place in skillet of preheated oil, and cook on medium heat until golden brown, pour all oil from skillet, except 1/4 c.
- 5 place lamb chops back in skillet with onions.
- 6 add water and simmer until gravy is thick.
