Ingredients

- 8 ounces creamed corn
- 6 slices bacon, thick sliced
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- jalapeno pepper (optional)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut bacon into bits and fry until crisp.
- 2 drain grease and pour in creamed corn.
- 3 heat corn and add eggs to the mixture and stir until eggs are cooked,.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 add chopped jalapeños if desired.
