Ingredients
- 12 dove breasts
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 2 jalapenos
Recipe
- 1 wash dove breasts.
- 2 place jalepeno slice on top of meat.
- 3 wrap a slice of bacon around meat/jalepeno and insert toothpick to hold in place.
- 4 grill doves on low heat with aluminum foil over grate so they don't burn for about 20 minutes turning half way.
- 5 remove aluminum foil and allow outside to brown or blacken to taste.
- 6 serve while warm.
